FUTURES
We partner with leading international organisations, including Good Judgment Inc, to deliver an end-to-end futures service. Implementing the policies now that mitigate against the threats and realise the opportunities on the horizon. We call this Future.Ctrl. It’s about taking an academic and methodological approach to joining futures thinking with policy delivery. Providing accurate forecasts with probability scores. Providing workshop training to help your colleagues engage with the latest thinking. Stress testing your organisation to ensure you and your stakeholders are prepared. Engaging with leadership to focus on the things you should and should not be prioritising.

Specialists in data visualisation and feedback loops. Our work is always bespoke, targeted, trackable and measurable. All ForgeFront colleagues have data expertise and are Azure and Power BI qualified. We work in collaboration with the best data faculties at leading universities to remain on the cutting edge. We have a deep understanding of existing data lakes and can help you to fill in the gaps we identify.

Futures procurement framework
We are an approved UK Government supplier on the Futures Framework agreement.
This allows a wide range of public sector organisations to procure us directly for projects under £50k (excl. VAT).

Under Schedule 5 of the Procurement Act 2023 we can be directly awarded contracts that concern the development of prototypes, are urgent, or are in relation to security and defence.

Defence Procurement Frameworks
We are approved suppliers on dstl’s ASTRID framework (including Task 411 - Universal Wargaming Construct) and on R-Cloud which provides for opportunities across the UK’s Ministry of Defence.
